The following notes answer frequent questions about ordering from this Bachan’s storefront.

How are processing and transit counted?

Allow 1–2 business days to prepare an order after payment authorization. Carrier travel after dispatch is estimated at 4–6 business days; weekends and applicable holidays are outside those estimates.

Can I return merchandise without a defect?

Yes, when it is new, unused, and in original condition. Defective new items qualify too, and exchange requests are accepted after review. Apply no later than 30 calendar days after delivery and consult the Refund Policy.

How is an approved return mailed?

The order package includes a free prepaid return label. Use it after approval with the confirmed destination. We collect no restocking fee.

How soon is repayment started?

An approved original-method refund is handled and initiated within 10 days. Account posting by the provider can require extra time.
