Customers and visitors may use the site for legitimate shopping and support. Interference, fraud, unauthorized data use, and activity that harms the service are not allowed. Site assets remain legally protected.

Placing an order

Sending an order constitutes an offer to buy. Final acceptance can depend on inventory, accurate customer details, authorization, fraud screening, the displayed USD total, taxes, and available delivery choices.

Shipping and customer remedies

Preparation and carrier estimates are stated in the Shipping Policy. We consider returns of defective and non-defective new products and accept exchanges. Non-defective merchandise must be new, unused, and in its original condition. Obtain approval within 30 calendar days after delivery, then mail it using the free prepaid label enclosed in the parcel. There is no restocking fee. We handle and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days; the payment institution may post it later. See the Refund Policy.
