Shipping Policy

We prepare eligible orders containing Bachan's sauces and available product options for addresses accepted by checkout.

Preparation and transit

After successful payment authorization, normal processing takes about 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days. These periods are separate estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays.

Available services, shipping charges, and any eligibility conditions are shown before the order is submitted.

Address and tracking

Please check the delivery address carefully. Tracking updates are supplied when the carrier makes them available.

For a delay, apparent loss, delivered scan without receipt, or shipping damage, email grupo.ada.mttp@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and useful photos.
